Once we've agreed on the scope and timeline, we'll send a formal proposal and contract. A 50% deposit is typically required to secure your booking date.

To provide you with an accurate quote, we need to understand the scope of your project. Please include details such as: the type of photography or video service needed, the intended use of the images/footage, desired shooting location(s), approximate duration of the shoot, any special equipment requirements, delivery timeline expectations, and examples of the style you're looking for. The more information you provide, the more precise our quote will be.

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for standard photography sessions and 4-8 weeks for video productions to ensure availability and allow adequate pre-production time. For complex projects or busy periods (year-end events, major holidays), booking 2-3 months ahead is advisable. That said, we understand that urgent needs arise, and we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when our schedule permits.

Yes, we provide photography and videography services throughout Malaysia and can also accommodate international assignments. For locations outside of Kuala Lumpur, additional travel fees may apply depending on the distance, duration, and logistics required. Please mention your location when inquiring so we can include these considerations in your quote. For international projects, we typically need more advance notice to arrange travel and equipment logistics.

Our standard payment terms require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of the final assets. For larger projects, we may structure payments in milestones (e.g., 50% deposit, 25% after shooting, 25% upon delivery). We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other major payment methods. For corporate clients, we can accommodate net-30 payment terms with approved credit applications.
