When you hire Nxwlto, you receive a commercial license to use the content for your business purposes across all your platforms and materials. This includes digital and print usage rights. We retain the copyright as the creators, which is standard practice in the industry. If you require exclusive rights or copyright transfer, we can discuss custom arrangements with appropriate licensing fees.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the project scope and package selected. For standard photography projects, we typically deliver within 5-7 business days after the shoot. Video projects generally require 7-14 business days for editing and post-production. For urgent projects, we offer expedited services at an additional fee. Each package specifies the expected delivery timeline, and we always keep you updated on progress throughout the post-production phase.

For photography, we deliver high-resolution JPG files optimized for both print and digital use. Upon request, we can also provide TIFF files for premium print applications. Video content is typically delivered in MP4 format with H.264 encoding at resolutions up to 4K, depending on your project requirements. We also provide web-optimized versions for social media platforms. If you need specific formats or specifications, just let us know during the project briefing.

Yes, we provide comprehensive location scouting as part of our pre-production services. Our team can identify and secure optimal shooting locations that align with your project vision and budget. For Business and Premium packages, basic location scouting is included. For more extensive location requirements or shoots outside of Kuala Lumpur, additional scouting fees may apply. We handle all necessary location permits and logistics to ensure a smooth production day.

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. During each round, you can provide comprehensive feedback on the delivered content, and we'll implement the requested changes. For photography, revisions may include color adjustments, cropping, or retouching modifications. For video, revisions can include editing adjustments, text changes, or music selection. Additional revision rounds beyond your package allocation are available at an hourly rate. We recommend providing consolidated feedback for each revision round to maximize efficiency.

While we don't directly employ models, we work with trusted modeling agencies and talent networks in Malaysia. We can handle the casting process for your project, selecting appropriate talent based on your brand guidelines and project requirements. Model and talent fees are separate from our production costs and will be clearly outlined in your project proposal. We manage all necessary model releases and contracts to ensure proper usage rights for the content created.
